Payments only through PayPal (USD), upfront (or half upfront, half after last WIP)

Simple backgrounds (transparent, single color...) are free
Depending on the complexity, backgrounds can go from $5 to $10
Extra characters are +50% of the total of the commission (not including background)
Commissions are refundable
I have the right to refuse a commission if I'm not comfortable with the subject
Commissioned works are for personal use only
Commissioned works take from 1 to 3 weeks to complete (depending on my availability); if you need them sooner, let me know so we can reach an agreement
